I'm a retreat hospitality consultant with more than 20 years of international experience across 4 continents - in luxury hospitality, wellness, and guest experience.
 
My career has included leadership roles with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Six Senses Resorts & Spas, and boutique wellness destinations, where I helped shape guest experiences, spa operations, wellness concepts, and retreat programs.
 
Having also designed and facilitated 40+ retreats, I understand both the operational side of a resort and the practical needs of retreat leaders.
 
Today, I help boutique resorts, wellness retreats, and retreat venues strengthen their retreat positioning, guest journey, and retreat leader experience to attract more retreat bookings and become trusted destinations for transformational travel.
